Relax with CIPS
Join our relaxation session designed to help you calm down and reconnect with yourself. Take a moment to clear your mind, relax your muscles, and enjoy the present moment.
In our session, you can learn how to practice relaxation, mindfulness, and breathing techniques. Regular relaxation practices can improve concentration and overall mental health, contributing to a more enjoyable academic journey.
Group size is limited to a maximum of 10 people. The group is open, so you can join anytime during the academic year.
- Date and Time: 25.10. at 2 p.m., next sessions 15.11, 6.12.
- Location: CIPS, Bechyňova 3, Prague 6
- What to Bring: Comfortable clothing (jeans and skirts may not be suitable). We will provide mats and other materials needed for the session.

- You need to register separately for each session.
